You have a trade in tool on your website and the customer comes in for their appraisal with an expectation… from YOUR website. But, you’re not sure about taking a 2013 Land Rover LR2 HSE at your dealership.

This is a conundrum isn’t it? I’m potentially losing a customer with a trade because I don’t have a way to get rid of it. I know the market, I know the trade is worth what the trade in tool told the customer on MY website. I just $*%$ up the deal because I’m scared to take the unit.
